Burning Piano Scene

The final scene we had to film was the 'Burning Piano'. This took place in a field surrounding Ed's house because it is the safest area for a fire and also is the most easily accessible place for the piano. We placed the broken piano in the centre of the field away from any fire hazards and secured the immediate area. We set up cameras in several locations around the piano and set it alight. The cameras filmed for the duration of the burn so we will be able to pick out the best shots when we come to editing. These are a couple of pictures taken from the 'Burning Piano' shoot:
